The meeting is intended to stimulate a productive debate on the problems encountered by public health institutions and patients living with rare diseases in European contexts limited in resources, networking with global and European organizations, and the presentation of relevant research.

The program will include the following thematic sections:

• European standards and Eastern European regulatory context for rare diseases. Rare 2030
• Ensure better access to care
• Innovation for rare diseases
• Education in rare diseases, knowledge platforms
• Networking with European and global organizations
